COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this course is to explain the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

Course 0400A is intended for companies who are already familiar with ISO Requirements. This class identifies the format and philosophy change from the old standard to the new one. It also identifies additional requirements present in the new standard

Course 0400B is intended for companies who have never been compliant to any version of ISO 9001. It is a complete review of the new ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

Quality Management System Internal Auditor AS9100 / ISO 9001 Emphasis

This course focuses on training new QMS internal auditors about their roles and responsibilities as an auditor. The requirements of AS9100 (aerospace) and ISO 9001 (generic) quality management systems are reviewed as part of the course content.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The quality system auditor class has several objectives:

Review / summarize the system requirements as defined in ISO 9001 & AS9100. Highlight and discuss similarities / differences between the two standards.
Identify the purpose, responsibilities, attributes and methods etc. of internal audits and the role of being an internal auditor.
