Training programs we run inside your operation

Certification courses solve a credential problem. These services solve the program behind it: who needs what, how it is recorded, and whether the defects actually go down afterwards.

Five services

What we do beyond running a course

  • Service 01

    On site training program

A certified instructor placed at your facility, running the training program rather than delivering a single course.

    • Skills assessment and training matrix
    • Certification delivered on your floor
    • Defect elimination tied to the training
  • Service 02

    Training program support

You keep running the program, we keep it current. Revision changes, records, matrices and recertification planning.

    • Competency legends and matrices
    • Recertification calendar
    • Audit preparation support
  • Service 03

    Training material evaluation

We review the material you already use against the current standard and tell you what is out of date and what is missing.

    • Gap report against the current revision
    • Workmanship document review
    • Recommendations, prioritized
  • Service 04

    Course development

When nothing off the shelf fits the process, we build the course around your product, your documents and your defects.

    • Content built from your assemblies
    • Instructor guide and student workbook
    • Optional train the trainer handover
  • Service 05

    Specialized services

Process assessments, workmanship audits and second opinions on disputed acceptance decisions.

    • Workmanship and process assessment
    • Defect analysis at the bench
    • Independent acceptance review
  • Not sure which one

    Describe the problem instead

Tell us what is going wrong, whether that is a failed audit, a rising defect rate or a training record nobody trusts. We will say which service fits and whether you need one at all.

The on site program

Four phases, in this order, for a reason

Certifying people before you know where the defects come from produces a wall of certificates and the same scrap rate. The assessment comes first so the training has a target.

  • Skills assessment
  • Training matrices
  • Competency legends
  • ISO proof of training
  • Defect elimination
  • Training KPIs
Assessment of current skill levels
Bench observation and a written assessment per person, then a recommendation of who needs which level.
Training and certification on your floor
The instructor is placed in your facility, full or part time, and certifies against the standard your customers name.
Systematic defect elimination
The defects found during assessment become the training exercises, and we track whether they fall.
Course development and recertification
Anything not covered by an IPC program gets built for your process, and the recertification calendar is handed over.
